Rechtbank van koophandel Leuven Bij vonnis van de rechtbank van koophandel te Leuven van 11/10/2016, werd voor wat betreft de BVBA GEZONDHEIDSCENTRUM INFRA, met zetel te 3450 Geetbets, Hulsbeekstraat 8, KBO nr. 0828.069.204, betreffende de wet op continuïteit van de ondernemingen van 31 januari 2009. Bij beschikking dd. 22/09/2016 werd de heer R. CAPONI, aangesteld als gedelegeerd rechter. Na beraad beslist de rechtbank op tegenspraak en : - verklaart het verzoek tot het bekomen van de rechterlijke reorganisatie ontvankelijk en gegrond en de procedure van gerechtelijke reorganisatie geopend, met het oog op het bereiken van een collectief akkoord; - bepaalt de duur van opschorting op drie maanden, vanaf heden om te eindigen op 06/01/2017.
